California Licensed Intake Supervisor

Job Summary

To oversee a team of intake representatives, the full-time California Licensed Intake Supervisor will manage training, performance evaluations, and process improvements while working remotely to ensure compliance with company standards and enhance patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitors team performance and ensures staff are trained to meet departmental standards
• Identifies and resolves issues from client interactions, improving overall processes
• Manages department budget and prepares reports for leadership as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Two years of experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or management
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
• Valid California Department of Public Health Exemptee License required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new technologies
