California Licensed IS Program Manager

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives within the Clinical Technology Strategy & Delivery pillar, the full-time California Licensed IS Program Manager will provide program leadership and execution oversight for medical device strategy, partnering with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and chartering of enterprise programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Coordinate strategic workstreams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to advance enterprise medical device strategy
• Analyze performance insights and support the execution of strategic roadmaps to achieve meaningful operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in Information Technology and/or the Healthcare Industry
• 6 years of experience with Project Management methodology and complex decision-making structures among executive stakeholders
• 1 year of relevant portfolio management experience
• Demonstrated experience in professional presentation environments, such as conferences and meetings
