Job Summary
To support a growing outpatient practice, the full-time California Licensed LCSW Supervisor will divide their responsibilities between direct clinical care and clinical supervision, working remotely to provide guidance and support to behavioral health clinicians while delivering care to patients aged 6 and older.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to behavioral health clinicians, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care
- Deliver direct clinical care to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for various mental health conditions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team within an integrated healthcare environment to enhance comprehensive patient care
Required qualifications:
- Active LCSW license in the state of California
- Completion of the California BBS Supervisor Training Course
- Previous clinical supervision experience preferred
- Experience treating a broad range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD
- Full-time availability for 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
