Seeking a California Licensed Lead Product Manager in a remote, full-time capacity, who will own the product strategy and roadmap for member-facing features, translating member needs into scalable solutions while driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for key member-facing features and experiences
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and member support to bring products to life
- Define and track KPIs related to member engagement, product usage, and satisfaction to guide prioritization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with high-volume consumer products
- Experience shipping LLM- or ML-powered customer-facing experiences
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with experimentation and journey-level metrics
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field
