Job Summary

Designing and developing high-quality digital learning content, the full-time California Licensed Learning Specialist will create engaging training materials for caregivers and care managers while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop digital learning content using tools like Synthesia and Articulate Rise 360
• Translate clinical and operational standards into learner-friendly content and guidance
• Update and maintain learning materials to reflect changes in policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required; degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or related field preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in instructional design or digital content creation
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise, Synthesia, or similar digital learning tools preferred
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Experience translating complex information into practical learning content
