Key responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases from inception through trial preparation
- Provide legal expertise in toxic tort and products liability law
- Utilize excellent oral and written advocacy skills in case presentations
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of defense litigation experience
- Hands-on experience with case management from start to finish
- Knowledge of toxic tort and general liability law preferred
- Must be admitted to practice in California
