Job Summary
Managing cases throughout all phases of litigation, the full-time California Licensed Litigation Attorney will prepare for trial and advocate for clients in a remote position based in Northern California.
Key responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases from inception through completion
- Prepare for trial and develop legal strategies
- Exercise good judgment and initiative in case management
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of defense litigation experience
- Hands-on experience with case files from inception to completion
- Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred
- Must be admitted to practice in California
