Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage complex coverage and liability disputes for national and international insurers within the Defense Litigation practice group.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent clients in high-stakes insurance coverage litigation matters in both state and federal courts
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and develop case strategies
- Collaborate with a team of trial lawyers to deliver effective legal solutions
Required qualifications:
- Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing
- Experience in civil litigation, preferably with a focus on insurance coverage matters
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in both state and federal court litigation preferred
