Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Attorney with over 7 years of experience, the full-time Senior Counsel will represent clients in general and complex liability matters, manage litigation cases, and prepare legal documents in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients and manage litigation cases from pre-trial to post-trial
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Take a leading role in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 7+ years of relevant legal experience
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
