Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time hybrid position will manage complex business and commercial litigation matters, including written discovery and drafting motions, while contributing to a growing commercial litigation group.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and contribute to complex litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Draft and respond to written discovery, and prepare dispositive and pre-trial motions
- Take depositions and support trial preparations as needed
Required qualifications
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in California
- Strong academic background in law
- Proven skills in legal writing, analysis, and research
- Experience with written discovery and drafting motions preferred
- Trial experience and class action defense experience are a plus
