Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time hybrid position will manage complex insurance coverage litigation cases, including first and third-party property matters, while offering flexible remote work options.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and litigate insurance coverage and extra contractual cases in state and federal courts
• Formulate and implement discovery plans, including taking and defending depositions
• Evaluate potential insurance liability exposures and prepare case assessments

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
• California Bar licensure is required
• Experience with property and casualty insurance coverage, professional liability, and bad faith litigation
• Strong academic credentials and proven litigation skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and produce high-quality work product
