California Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time hybrid position will manage complex business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, with opportunities for career development and flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and contribute to active litigation cases, including propounding and responding to written discovery
• Draft dispositive motions and pre-trial motions, and take depositions as needed
• Collaborate with team members on trial preparation and case strategy

Required qualifications:

• Must be licensed and admitted to practice in California
• Strong academic background with proven writing, analysis, and research skills
• Experience in business and commercial litigation preferred
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• Experience defending class actions is a plus but not required
