Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage a caseload of personal injury cases, prepare legal documents, and communicate with clients and attorneys in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with Attorneys to formulate strategies for the current caseload
- Utilize client management software to document interactions and maintain case organization
- Draft legal documents and prepare for weekly case reviews with the Attorney/Director of Litigation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, specifically in California
- At least 1 year of experience at a plaintiff law firm
- Familiarity with California state court procedures and managing 50 cases simultaneously
- Strong persuasive writing and analytical reasoning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and experience with Filevine is a plus
