Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice, the full-time California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will review intake files, conduct client interviews, and evaluate the legal strength of potential employment law claims in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze intake files to identify potential employment law violations and assess claim viability
- Conduct client interviews to gather and clarify critical facts for case evaluations
- Prepare written case evaluations and make recommendations to attorneys
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in employment law, litigation support, or pre-litigation evaluation
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
