Job Summary
To support a dynamic Mass Torts Practice Group, the full-time California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage complex consumer protection litigation and defense matters in a 100% remote setting, handling all phases of litigation including discovery, motions practice, and eDiscovery.
Key responsibilities
- Support cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motions practice
- Manage large volumes of documents, ensuring organization, review, redaction, and production
- Prepare comprehensive reports and case summaries for attorneys and clients, while managing calendars and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Litigation Paralegal experience required
- Strong California court and filing experience
- Experience with California state and federal litigation preferred
- Strong discovery, eDiscovery, and document management experience
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information and identify key facts
