Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Paralegal, the full-time remote position will manage litigation support, assist attorneys with case preparation, and handle discovery processes, focusing on personal injury and construction defect cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff to facilitate case management
- Assist in drafting pleadings, conducting research, and preparing for hearings and trials
- Organize and summarize client documents and assist in preparing discovery requests and responses
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with a focus on personal injury and construction litigation
- Familiarity with California State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience with litigation support software such as Summation Pro or Relativity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in trial preparation and support
