To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with drafting pleadings, managing case documents, and preparing for trial in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, attorneys, and staff
- Assist in drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing for hearings and trials
- Organize client documents and manage discovery processes, including requests and responses
Required Qualifications
- Experience in litigation support and case management
- Familiarity with State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Proficiency in litigation support software such as Summation Pro or Relativity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
