Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice, the full-time California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, managing case documentation, and preparing for trials in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, attorneys, and other staff
- Assist in drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing for hearings and depositions
- Organize and manage client documents throughout the discovery process and assist in trial preparation
Required Qualifications
- Experience in litigation support and case management
- Familiarity with State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedures
- Proficiency in litigation support software such as Summation Pro or Relativity
- Experience drafting and organizing discovery documents
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
