Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Litigator, the full-time remote Counsel will manage a portfolio of California Lemon Law and warranty litigation matters, focusing on hands-on litigation without business development pressures.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently manage cases from inception through resolution, understanding litigation strategy and workflow
- Conduct court appearances and engage in substantive legal work related to Lemon Law and warranty litigation
- Collaborate with the Mass Tort Solutions team while maintaining a focus on legal research and writing
Required qualifications:
- Active California Bar license
- Minimum of 2 years of meaningful litigation experience
- Prior court appearances and hands-on litigation experience
- Strong understanding of the discovery process
- Law firm experience preferred, particularly with time tracking and billing
