Job Summary
Supporting mortgage loan officers in their daily operations, the full-time California Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will manage documentation reviews, facilitate communication with customers, and ensure timely loan closings in a remote capacity focused on the West Coast region.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Track outstanding items on loan files and follow up with customers to secure necessary documentation
- Facilitate timely loan closings by coordinating with title companies and customers
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
- Previous sales support experience preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
