Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage loan documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify required documentation
- Communicate with customers and vendors to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
- Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
- Strong math and analytical skills
