Working fully remote, the California Licensed Loan Processor will prepare mortgage documents for loan approval, advise lenders on necessary documentation, and coordinate with title/escrow companies to ensure timely closings.
Key responsibilities
- Set up new loan files and order necessary appraisals and property certifications
- Process active files for final approval and communicate with customers regarding loan conditions
- Coordinate closings with title/escrow companies and monitor outstanding underwriting conditions
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in loan processing
- Advanced knowledge of processing FHA, VA, and Conventional loans preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
