Job Summary
Leading a team of service technicians, the full-time Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician will manage the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment while mentoring junior technicians and designing solutions for complex issues in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, including installation and repair of various control components
- Create, assign, and manage work orders with detailed maintenance data
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) and conducting preventative maintenance
- 3+ years of experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- 2+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs
- Experience in a team lead role supporting and mentoring technicians
