Job Summary

Supporting the Data and Reporting team, the full-time California Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage external regulatory audits, collaborate with various departments for document collection and reporting, and assist in compliance investigations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards
• Develop and summarize compliance reports, presenting key findings and recommendations to management
• Conduct compliance investigations by analyzing data and collaborating with stakeholders to identify corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
• Experience in coordinating cross-departmental projects and compliance initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on compliance management
• Ability to adapt to regulatory changes and implement compliance efforts effectively
