Job Summary
Supporting the Data and Reporting team, the full-time California Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage external regulatory audits, develop compliance reports, and collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to compliance standards in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, including document collection and meeting presentations
- Develop and evaluate compliance reports, summarizing audit information and potential risks
- Conduct compliance investigations and assist in the implementation of compliance efforts based on regulatory changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or regulatory development
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and developing compliance reports
- Strong analytical skills and experience in project management
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
