Job Summary
Supporting the Data and Reporting team, the full-time California Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage external regulatory audits, develop compliance reports, and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, including document collection and quality reviews
- Develop and summarize compliance reports, evaluating data and identifying potential risks
- Conduct compliance investigations by analyzing data and collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and developing compliance reports
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to monitor regulatory changes
- Strong project management skills and experience in cross-department coordination
