California Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the Data and Reporting team, the full-time California Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage coordination and audit management of external regulatory audits, focusing on document collection, quality reviews, and compliance reporting in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance activities by collaborating with stakeholders and documenting compliance efforts
• Develop compliance reports by evaluating compliance data and summarizing audit information for management
• Assist in managing projects related to compliance initiatives and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or a related field
• Experience in conducting compliance investigations and managing regulatory compliance
• Ability to coordinate cross-departmental projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Knowledge of compliance management and regulatory standards in the health care industry
