California Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the Data and Reporting team, the full-time California Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage external regulatory audits, develop compliance reports, and coordinate compliance activities remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, collaborating with various departments for document collection and quality reviews
• Develop compliance reports by evaluating compliance data and summarizing audit information for management
• Conduct compliance investigations, collecting and analyzing data to identify potential action steps and corrective measures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or related fields
• Experience in project management and cross-department coordination
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards applicable to health care
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
