Job Summary
Supporting the Data and Reporting team within Medicaid Health Plan Compliance, the full-time California Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage external regulatory audits, develop compliance reports, and collaborate with various departments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, ensuring compliance through document collection and quality reviews
- Develop and evaluate compliance reports, summarizing audit information and potential risks for management review
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement compliance initiatives and monitor regulatory changes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, regulatory development, or a directly related field
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and managing compliance activities
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on compliance management and project management
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively
