Job Summary
Supporting the Data and Reporting team within Medicaid Health Plan Compliance, the full-time California Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage audit coordination, compliance reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards
- Develop and evaluate compliance reports, summarizing data and potential risks for management review
- Conduct compliance investigations, analyzing data and providing recommendations for corrective action plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, regulatory, or related fields
- Experience in coordinating cross-departmental projects and compliance efforts
- Strong analytical skills and experience in compliance management
- Ability to monitor and analyze regulatory changes and their impacts on compliance
