Job Summary
Supporting the Data and Reporting team within Medicaid Health Plan Compliance, the full-time California Licensed Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage external regulatory audits, collaborate with various departments for document collection and reporting, and assist in compliance investigations and project management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards
- Develop and summarize compliance reports, providing insights on key compliance drivers and potential risks
- Assist in managing projects related to compliance initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or a related field
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and developing compliance reports
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and the ability to monitor regulatory changes
- Proven experience in project management and cross-department coordination
