Job Summary
Supporting expanded access programs and clinical operations, the remote Medical Affairs Associate will manage study coordination, vendor relationships, and clinical program execution on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical trials and expanded access programs from initiation to closeout
- Manage documentation, timelines, and deliverables for IND requests and site activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare program metrics and status reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare/scientific discipline preferred
- Active RN license with relevant clinical operations experience may be considered
- Experience in managing CROs, vendors, and external partners
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP and clinical study protocols
- Ability to track clinical program milestones and manage risks
