Job Summary
To support the operations team, the full-time California Licensed Medical Technologist I, Data Reviewer will review and analyze clinical test results, maintain accurate records, and perform troubleshooting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review clinical test results of molecular genetic testing for accuracy and translate findings into LIMS
- Analyze raw data files and resolve routine issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Verify patient specimens and test requisition forms to ensure correct tests were performed
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience as an ASCP-certified Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory environment
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or laboratory science, or in a related scientific field with relevant experience
- Current MT/MDxT/CLS/MB certification from ASCP, AMT, or AAB
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems and familiarity with molecular diagnostics
- Ability to complete HIPAA/PHI privacy training within the first 30 days of hire
