Job Summary
Seeking California Licensed Medicare Agents who are new to Medicare, the fully remote position offers independent agents the opportunity to build their own business while receiving comprehensive training, support, and leads to help seniors find the right Medicare coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and assist seniors in selecting appropriate Medicare plans
- Complete training through Connie Academy, including live sessions and self-paced study
- Utilize provided leads and technology to drive sales and grow a personal book of business
Required qualifications
- Active health license required (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
- Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, or insurance
- No prior Medicare sales experience needed, but must have sold Medicare for less than a year if applicable
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a personal business
- Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
