California Licensed Medicare Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing network of independent agents, the fully remote California Licensed Medicare Agent will focus on helping seniors navigate Medicare coverage while building their own business with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding and enrolling in Medicare plans using provided leads and resources
• Complete training through Connie Academy to gain knowledge of Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio while receiving coaching and support from experienced agents

Required qualifications

• Active health license required; AHIP certification can be completed after starting
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, wireless, mortgage, or insurance
• No prior Medicare sales experience necessary; candidates should be new to Medicare sales
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a business
• Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms, with a readiness for commission-based pay
