California Licensed Medicare Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Program Manager to oversee the development and management of its Medicare Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform program planning and design for the D-SNP Program and manage ongoing operations
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation and management of the D-SNP Program
• Engage with external stakeholders and manage relationships for vendor-delivered programs focusing on quality and integration

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
• Minimum of eight years of experience in a managed care setting, including three years in program/project management and one year in Medicare Advantage and/or D-SNP
• Proven track record of executing effective business strategies for Medicare programs
• Experience with the Medicare enrollment process and familiarity with CMS guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence team members to achieve goals
