California Licensed Mental Health Clinician
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the fully remote California Licensed Mental Health Clinician will provide evidence-based teletherapy to youth and young adults or adults, building strong therapeutic relationships while managing a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships across age groups
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients ages 11-24 or 18-60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs
- Offer psychoeducation to parents/caregivers when working with younger clients
Required qualifications
- Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California
- A genuine passion for mental health care, with a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice
- Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults
- Comfort and prior experience with telehealth service delivery
