Job Summary
To provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, the part-time California Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group therapy sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with the care team while adhering to best practices and operational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring client engagement and adherence to curriculum
- Participate in monthly check-ins with supervisors and collaborate with the care team
- Complete treatment documentation within required timeframes and maintain professional ethics
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
- Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions
- Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
