Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Mental Health Provider, the part-time independent contractor will provide virtual care through 40-minute video consultations and messaging, addressing a range of topics including mental health concerns, pregnancy, and family-related challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver virtual mental health services to adult members, focusing on various personal and family issues
- Utilize brief, solution-focused therapeutic interventions to equip members with practical tools and strategies
- Collaborate with the Care Advocate team to ensure comprehensive member support and follow-up care
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- 5+ years of clinical experience as a fully licensed clinician
- 3+ years of experience providing mental health services via telehealth
- Availability to provide approximately 5-10 hours of care per week
- Commitment to delivering empathetic, culturally humble mental health care
