California Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Summary
Compassionate and fully licensed California Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) will provide remote teletherapy to clients aged 11-60, managing a flexible caseload with a minimum of five sessions per week while enjoying the benefits of a 1099 independent contractor arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients across age groups
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients with mild-to-moderate mental health needs
- Offer psychoeducation to parents/caregivers when working with younger clients
Required qualifications
- Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California
- Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults
- Comfort and prior experience with telehealth service delivery
- A passion for mental health care, with a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice
