Job Summary
To support a growing mental health initiative, the remote California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based teletherapy for clients aged 11-60, while managing a flexible schedule and a caseload that fills quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients across various age groups
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy for clients with mild-to-moderate mental health needs
- Offer psychoeducation to parents and caregivers when working with younger clients
Required qualifications
- Active California LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license
- Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults
- Comfort and prior experience with telehealth
- Passion for mental health care and commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice
