Job Summary
To support a transformative mental healthcare movement, the part-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders while adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family members when appropriate
Required qualifications
- Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with familiarity in NextGen preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
