Job Summary
As a Senior Merchant Services Sales Consultant, the full-time remote position will develop new merchant services relationships, consult on complex client needs, and provide sales support while collaborating with various banking teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new merchant services relationships by partnering with branches and other banking teams
- Consult on complex merchant opportunities and ensure accurate onboarding and account setup
- Provide sales and technical support, including troubleshooting merchant services issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of dedicated B2B sales, account management, or merchant services experience
- Advanced knowledge of merchant services and financial services products
- Strong track record of consultative sales and relationship management success
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
