Job Summary
Leading the real estate lending function, the full-time California Licensed Mortgage Lending Manager will oversee the complete lending lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, and closing, while working remotely within the Pacific Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full real estate lending lifecycle from origination through secondary market delivery
- Manage first mortgage and home equity lending operations, including direct loan delivery to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for real estate lending while monitoring department KPIs and production goals
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of progressively responsible real estate lending experience
- Broad experience in mortgage origination, underwriting, and secondary market execution
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Must be located on the West Coast / Pacific Time Zone and able to work Pacific Time business hours
