Job Summary
To support a growing mortgage practice, California Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers will take loan applications, prepare necessary materials for loan approval, and guide clients through the loan process from application to closing in a full-time remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Take loan applications and collect necessary documentation for loan processing
- Discuss and advise clients on various loan programs to facilitate informed decisions
- Assist clients throughout the entire loan process, from application to closing
Required qualifications
- California Mortgage Loan Officer license
- At least 1 year of mortgage origination experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
- Experience with loan origination systems
- Ability to generate leads and build relationships with Realtors
