Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and portfolio management, the full-time California Licensed Mortgage Sales Assistant will support a team of specialists by managing lending processes, preparing client proposals, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assists in preparing client proposals and documentation for account openings and meetings
• Manages client inquiries and ensures timely resolution of issues while maintaining service standards
• Analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations for improving workflow efficiency and service levels

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of personal and commercial credit and lending processes
• Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge as per portfolio requirements
• Specialized knowledge in lending and banking regulations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
