Job Summary
Experienced California Licensed Network Administrators will find a full-time opportunity focused on supporting and managing network infrastructure, including troubleshooting, equipment installation, and compliance with operational standards, while working onsite in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets and perform troubleshooting for network devices
- Install, remove, and swap network equipment while adhering to change management procedures
- Provide smarthands support for telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic and copper cable maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) plus years of experience in managing network infrastructure and related devices
- Proficiency in racking, stacking, cabling, and decommissioning network hardware
- Experience with IT/Telecoms systems including routing, switching, and firewalls
- Knowledge of Site Services support for network device maintenance
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols and business continuity plans
