Job Summary

Leading a regional sales team, the full-time California Licensed NeuroPsych Manager will recruit and develop talent, drive sales strategies for neurological and psychiatric markets, and manage performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent while providing strategic direction and performance coaching
• Drive implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives, identifying regional opportunities and fostering innovative sales approaches
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and hold the team accountable for execution of sales strategies

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in first-line sales management, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and successful launch experience in competitive environments
• Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment and ability to manage change effectively
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset suitable for startup environments
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership skills while maintaining high ethical standards
