- Establish and design patient care delivery systems and practice standards across multiple locations
- Lead investigations of patient, family, and member concerns regarding care and services
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and optimal patient care across the continuum
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Credentials or certifications related to labor & delivery and NICU level 2 or above
- Master's degree preferred
- Specialty certifications preferred
