Job Summary
Experienced inpatient Nurse Practitioners will find a full-time temporary opportunity to work remotely as a Medical Knowledge Expert, focusing on reviewing de-identified inpatient health records and ensuring the accuracy of structured clinical questions from November 2 to November 27, 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Verify answers against de-identified hospital records and mark them as correct, incomplete, or unsupported
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete answers by entering the correct information from the chart along with a brief rationale
- Utilize independent judgment to assess lab and clinical data while adhering to provided guidelines and definitions
Required qualifications
- Active, unencumbered U.S. NP license in good standing with current national certification (ANCC or AANP)
- At least 3 years of inpatient practice experience within the last 5 years in relevant settings
- Hands-on experience with inpatient EHRs, including clinical notes and lab flowsheets
- Experience in chart abstraction, clinical research coordination, or utilization review
- Must have reliable computer and internet access for remote work
